Access is controlled via a gate at the dock and is only for boat owners.
You can conveniently park your bicycles and car in the monitored parking area. Charging stations for electric cars are also available (for a fee).

The unobstructed view of the lake, the ability to enjoy the sun at any time of day, the local wildlife, all kinds of water sports, boat rental, swimming, cycling and fishing are possible.
Stand-up paddleboarding will also be available from spring onwards. This allows you to explore the Maas River in complete relaxation.
It offers every comfort... including a large comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wall-mounted fold-down bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room.
The price includes bed linen, towels, tea towel and tap water.

The houseboat is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen (stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, etc.) – everything you need if you like to cater for yourself.
Our houseboat is located at a quiet jetty accessible only to guests of the housboats moored there.
During the winter months, if temperatures drop below freezing, the water supply to the houseboat may be turned off at the harbor. In this case, modern washrooms are available at the marina. A water canister is also provided on board for water supplies (for making coffee, washing dishes, etc.).
